You do not increase freedom of thought, from persecution by passing laws that demand acquience. This is an attempt to correct the mistakes of passing laws that stomp on peoples rights. LGBT people can find and use services from vendors that are comfortable with them. This should not deny a business person the right to refuse to serve them.
