How Millennials Faked the Food Movement
Eve Turow Paul

WAYNE’S REPLY TO ARTICLE: I do not find this a helpful article. Anyone can criticize members of any generation for not getting the depth of the issue they are moving on . The plain fact is that today’s millennials, without any support from governments or much support from academics or baby boomers, have moved the needle on food sustainability more seriously and effectively than any generation before them. The trick of an organizer, as distinct from that of a carping critic, is to start with the insight that has been grasped, and to move the person along the spectrum in a constructive and supportive way. The author has writing talent and good analysis, but could do some work when it comes to educational and organizing skills.
