Manali is a paradise for those want to get close to the magical snowy hills, If you are planning to leave the cocoon of your house and want to get rid of scorching summer then Manali is a perfect harbor. Apart from the wonderful sights, the blissful ambiance, Manali is Himachal’s very own adventure hub.

Well, there are many things to do on the Manali trip, but adventure plays a major role, be it families, couples or solo travelers, the high mountains draped in snow, rolling valleys of green, swift rivers, clear blue skies will definitely ensure you have the times of your lives.

So, we @ ExpeTra come up with 5 things you can explore or witness in Manali.

  1. Witness some really good architecture:-
Hidimba Devi Temple

Manali is a hub of temples, monastery and castles made in the early centuries and they still count in as the best examples of architecture you’ll ever come across, actually it’s a delight to stand in a place like this and feel the presence of these holy spirits around us.

2) Explore the wildlife

Well, this is something you should look forward too as when you go to a higher altitude, you encounter different species and there are places near Manali which allows you to witness the diversity of their wildlife, places like the Great Himalayan National Park and Van Vihar National Park are the most famous for wildlife seeing.

3) Street Shopping

For shopping lovers this place turns out to be really good for them as the market offers hand loom products, electrical appliance, footwear’s, utensils, crockery and lot more. It is usual to see photographers capturing beautiful shops surrounded by thick dense forest.

4) Explore the nearby places

This is for all the wanderers who doesn’t like to stick up to a particular place in general. You can always head out and explore the places nearby like Rohtang, Solang, Manikaran, Rasol and a lot more.

5) Explore the cultures, traditions and food of Manali

This is something really interesting as getting to know about others cultures and traditions helps us in several ways and eventually broadening up our mindset and might affect our way of thinking or what we call “Change of Perception”. The food here is quite good, you can find a lot of cuisines out here but Israeli cuisine is something out of the box.
