The Craziest Book Ever Written by Mr. W. justifies its title, for it is very likely the most twisted book you can acquire to read.

The Craziest Book Ever

Let’s start with the plot of the book. Jonny is a failed writer who fails in the attempt to commit suicide. After the gun backfires, Jonny starts being haunted by the characters from his books who come to life to prevent him from suicide. They want to change his mind and keep him alive. At least the ones who are pleased with their fates and want his novels to become famous so they can live forever. Their leader is a Hindu fortune-teller Indra.

However, the majority of characters want to kill him. Their fates are so cruel that their only desire is to disappear. And Jonny’s sadism is truly incredible. For example, Jim and Jack are conjoined twins who fall in love with the same whore. They fight and Jim strangles Jack but it soon turns out that Jack’s brain is in charge of producing erections. Then there is a boy whose father is a psychiatrist who forces him to kill because he wants to explore how murdering at a young age affects personality development.

This fraction follows Dominic, an immortal vampire with tremendous powers who is the protagonist of Johnny’s failed novel “Nevermind the Sun”. He is destined to roam through eternity while stumbling upon the reincarnation of his soul mate and killing her over and over again. They live happily for decades and then, under the influence of unexplainable urges, Dominic rips her heart out. This time, she was born as Indra, the aforementioned Hindu fortune teller willing to do anything to keep Johnny alive.

At this point, it becomes very hard to avoid spoilers which is why any further comment on the plot will be omitted. The book is not only featured by madness but also by deep philosophy. I read many books. The best way to describe this one is a strange form of Alice in Wonderland with violence, pornography, and philosophy.
