step 1 — get a bowl and spoon

overnight oats -

35g porridge oats

200ml milk/almond milk

blueberries and banana

step 2 — get porridge

put porridge in bowl. add milk. leave overnight (usually out of the fridge but somewhere cool) in the morning stir in banana and blueberries and eat. no cooking needed and it will rock your world

step 3 — soak over night
