All the above points stands true for any employee, however, the weavers are the victims here. They are underrated, not recognized but business is shining and earning profits every day.

Weavers are getting poor and poor, coming generations have left the job migrating to bigger cities for other work. This has become vital as weaving wages are unable to feed them. Usually at traditional weaving community whole family members work to earn. The old generation does not want any change neither they think they are capable enough but the younger ones starved to earn big.

This way weaving is on the verge of extinction. Only few master weavers feels they should carry forward the culture. Thus, working towards it, giving training to the needed workers and thus covering the whole world with a fantasy.
