RESULTS ARE IN!

Three months and 81 NFT trades later, the DAO is sitting on almost 10E in profits.

Alpha Camps DAO, LLC is a legal entity based out of the crypto friendly state of Wyoming. It was established back in May of 2023 as an “investment club DAO” with the goal of trading NFTs, Crypto, DeFi and entering VC deals on promising projects. Each quarter, 80% of those profits are sent back to its members.

A few notable stats:

• Flipped a Pudgy Penguin for 5E in profit.
• Flipped 40 Mintify Genesis for 2.66E in profits.
• Entered early seed rounds of $PORTAL & deBridge.
• Acquired 10 xBorgs for passive income benefiting GP holders.
• Acquired a Memewhale for passive income.
• Minted a UA3 OG Pass.

As you can see, there is a trend of acquiring as many passive income assets as possible!

There are three payout methods for the DAO:

1. Quarterly payouts to all DAO members from trading. Your payout is in direct correlation to what percentage of the DAO you own. The more you invest = the bigger your payout.
2. Monthly DeFi payouts to all DAO members. The DAO is heavily invested in TradeAi (Level Up). Each month DAO members vote on whether to payout or re-invest into syndicates (formerly pools).
3. Airdrops to Glamping Pass holders. Passive income airdrops will be redistributed straight to GP holders from assets like Anarkey, Memewhale, UA3 OG pass, UA3 PPP, xBorg yields and Cosmic Bears (formerly Moonbears) casino earnings. The more GP’s you hold = the more passive income you get airdropped.

There are currently 68 members with a max cap of 99 members allowed in the DAO. The DAO is currently in its quarterly payout and funding round for Q1, 2024 which goes from December 25–31st. During this window new members can join and invest, Campers can become members and DAO members can receive full payouts, re-invest or anything in between. They can also upgrade or add to their Glamping Pass total.

There are limited DAO tokens available.

Camp DAO tokens are 0.1E and require a minimum of 0.1E investment into the DAO (0.2E total). Burn 4 Camp DAO tokens for a Glamping Pass.

Wanna skip burning? You can get a GP directly by opening up a ticket in Discord. Glamping Pass tokens are 0.4E and require a minimum of 0.4E investment into the DAO (0.8E total). Max GP’s you can hold is 10.

2024 holds a very promising outlook. Over 60E has been raised and the goal is to diversify even more in the New Year with stocks and fractionalized Commercial Real Estate investments. Tokens acquired from pre-seed deals will come to fruition and DeFi looks to be running on all cylinders again.
