The Host Name URN & URI can be reported in Google Analytics using a custom Filter. Filters are located in the Admin Panel under Account >> Property >> View then select Filters.

Once in Filters click the +Add Filter button.

Add a Filter to a Google Analytics Account Property View

Name the Filter and Select the “Custom” filter type:

For this Filter we will name it: Host Name URN & URI

Select Advanced from the Custom Filter type options:

Under Advanced options for Field A -> Extract A paste the following for Hostname: (.*)

For the Field B -> Extract B paste the following for the Request URI: (.*)

Then for the Output To -> Constructor from the dropdown select Request URI and paste the following: $A1$B1

Lastly select the checkbox ☑ for Field A Required and the checkbox ☑ for Override Output Field.

You are done. Just hit Save and the custom filter will now pass the website full URL into page level reporting. This can be used for segmentation or viewing granular traffic to select pages especially if multiple sub.domains on a site share the same Google Analytics account.
