Yes. There are higher-end cameras that do this, like the Nokia OZO, which is expensive, and potentially the Insta360 Pro, which is closer to being affordable. Even if you get spatial audio, and do post-production, you need a video player that can handle it. YouTube works on desktop and Android, but not iOS. That will change, of course.
