Dear weBloc supporters,
This is Joon Hong, leader of weBloc project.
I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to every weBloc supporter interested in the project,
and I am happy to announce that weBloc’s WOK tokens will be listed on the exchange for the first time.
On June 26th, 2019, Wednesday Afternoon (Korean time), WOK tokens will be listed on VELIC, the cryptocurrency exchange platform.
VELIC is a digital asset trading platform based on Singapore and has established strategic partnerships with ICON Foundation and Deblock. VELIC has already developed the IRC-2 based platform where ICON’s DApps can be listed and commercialized it in a very reliable manner.
weBloc and VELIC decided to build a strong and active partnership to achieve the goal of building a Decentralized Digital Advertising platform and DApp ecosystem on ICON.
More detailed information of the listing on VELIC will be announced in the Wednesday morning of June 26th, 2019 (Korean time) on both VELIC.io and weBloc’s communication channels.
weBloc recently started providing various services on Beta version including PAY WOK (reward marketing platform) and Idol Today (Popularity rankings and cheering message posting service for entertainment Idols), and has been running a Close Beta Service of JUBJUB, offline user-reward marketing platform in Jeju Island.
From the second half of the year 2019, weBloc will do its best to establish a decentralized digital advertising ecosystem to expand DApp service use and to run WOK token economy in the right direction.
Additionally, weBloc team is continuing the conversations with other exchanges inside and outside South Korea where KRW market is opened. weBloc team is planning to make the second listing in the third quarter of the year.
As announced previously, weBloc aims to make the right fit with exchanges and the right listing rather than fast and ignorant ones — eventually to achieve continuous growtg of the weBloc project in the future.
It is only the beginning of the weBloc project.
I expect to see your relentless support on weBloc in the future.
Thank you so much.
weBloc CEO, Joon Hong
