This issues, reverse of civilians well. What thinking of our government? It’s not possible to understanding.
And goes to lost of democracy. This is changes of our basic basis. It’s The Constitution.

Yes, ISIS is bad. Made battle and terrorism. Also murder of civilians. Also rape. Also made slave. It’s a unacceptable. However, our knowing the that reason? I don’t know. But thinking for this reason, It’s possible.
Civilians are maybe poverty. United Nations and developed country are helping. But that are thought for life of Iraq ( and another Islamic countries) civilians? Maybe its basis are our basis. Islamic countries are maybe having the another rules and life. And…poverty is produce the despair.
Despair…This is produce the another bad thinking and behavior.
Violent or War are shortcut to money and economy. This is proved by histories. Developed countries are had this process. Why can say “Deny this process” for another countries? Humane? War is not humane, anytime.
Top priority issue: They are not seek the Freedom. Why? If need freedom, Self destruct bombs are not required. It’s a waiver of freedom. Issue is “Why?”. I thought, It’s a destruction for freedom of developed countries. Hateful.
One wrong thought, but this is difficult the stopping. However, still, thinking by the world humans are possible.
The goal is to have table and discussions with ISIS. Of course, weapon is nothing. But this is most difficult.

If next war, Enemy of Japan is where? Russian? China? Korea? North Korea? Southeast Asian countries? More far countries? What’s? U.S.?
Realistically…I teach you. Japan is same before The World War II. No, more terrible. Low Food self-sufficiency rate, and Lack of resources. It’s a meaning of cannot keep the War. Maybe world is understood.
Also weapons is minimum. However, next war is maybe decrease of Hand-to-hand combat. Use War Tank? No, maybe far attack weapon is many, very increase. It’s a missile. However, change of The Constitution for doing development is possible. That’s why, I say “Stop the change of The Constitution”.
Why? Japan has JAXA. Have a Space Rockets. If mounting the Bomb, change to Missile are possible. Are you need that? I not need! Japan has plan of Space. But this is for Peace of the World.
Also Self-Defense Forces has members are little. Increased? Japan are not Conscription. This is our pride. But possibility of change for this law are realistically under the when The Constitution changes.
Conclusion:
We have to focus for Peace of the World. Exception is nothing. Inhibition factor is exclusion. Even to under the peace. It’s not the war.
The World, also Earth, need help of yours. One civilian, One person. Measures against global warming? If you have effort for that. Still, One War have to power of that all destructions.
“Global, Globalization” is magic word. But need a One Person is first. And One Family, Families. Offices and corporates. One Country, Countries. Thinking of last factor is The World. If any factor has case of issue and war ( Scale does not matter ), It’s have impact to upper communities. That teach for us of importance of peace of person to The World.
First, keep peace of your living. And Family, Local, Job and Corporate, Country.
Next: If you have margin of time and economy. Thinking for another factors. It’s a friends, Local person and another families, Colleague, Corporate, Village, Town, Ward, City, Prefecture, State, Country, Another Countries.
Each factor is living the human. Importance as human. Rights of living under the peace. It’s everyone has. This thought is first. If this thought are nothing. Maybe we are out of road.
I wish the Peace of the World. But It’s a not the Utopia. However Dystopia is more trouble. War is near of Dystopia. Dream is dream. Utopia is dream. But “Peace of the World” is dream?
