Hi Matthew, great post and it’s not unusual. We (Websand) is similar in that, people can’t buy directly from the website, they also have to go through a sales process (which we try to make as fast and painless as possible). But our business model is slightly more on the SaaS side (monthly fee). Happy to share stories.
