Summer is near, but you want to have that beach body? Then you need to lose some fat. With those tips you will have no problems to lose fat. Losing fat is real simple, you need to burn more calories than you eat. You can either burn fat by doing more exercise or fixing your diet.
1. Don’t eat more than 2000 calories a day.
If you want to lose fat, you shouldn’t eat more than 2000 calories a day. Count all the calories throughout the day and try to eat protein rich foods rather than foods with a lot of carbohydrates or fat.
2. Do cardio everyday.
Cardio is very effective, for example 30 minute running session burns about 500 calories. Best cardio in my opinion is running and bicycling, so you can do which one you like better.
3. Lift weights.
Lifting weights builds muscle mass, and the more muscle mass you have, the more calories your body will burn to maintain itself. Even if you are female, you should lift weights and don’t worry about big muscles, because there is no way you are going to get them unless you lift for years.
4. Drink a lot of water.
Drinking a lot of water really help when we talk about fat loss. To stay hydrated, drink 1–2 gallons of water a day.
5. Don’t drink and eat at the same time.
