Love this post! The winter SADs (seasonal affective disorder) definitely suck. Realise I had a balls moment recently — in a play centre ball pit with my little preschooler, I was throwing balls around and just absorbed in the moment enjoying being playful.

And yay for tomorrow being the last day of winter!
