What is “A BAD DIET”?
First, lets be honest about what a bad diet” really means. A bad diet doesn’t cause weight gain. A truly bad diet causes malnutrition when people can’t eat enough to sustain a healthy body. Chances are if you trying to get six pack abs or lose 20 pounds you don’t need to worry too much about an actual bad diet. After all, you don’t hear of many cases of scurvy or rickets among people who cannot afford gym membership & vitamin pills.
In the event of such malnutrition, no, you can’t out rain a bad diet. If some one is suffering from a vitamin deficiency, they continue to suffer no matter how much they run or how many pushups they do.
