Portability of ‘game tokens’ is a great concept and I think this is bound to happen. Thinking of all those coins out there (largely variations on larger coin projects), I wonder how Kin will have the power to boot strap sufficiently; launching 40+ games with Kin support as indicated could be the key. Breaking through worldwide via the messenger app may be less easy to achieve.

Second thing I ponder about is the Kin token being an ERC20 token; operations with the token (e.g., transfer) depend on the Ethereum network. It is clear anno Q2 2018 that Ethereum is running into (transaction) limits and needs to improve scalability. Any thoughts on this and whether Kin may convert into an independent blockchain itself (perhaps on top of upcoming high tps chains like EOS (or perhaps Radix even further down the road)? An independent strategy may be crucial.

Final observation: load up the main website with your progress and good news. The site looks great but is kind of empty. Fill’er up (perhaps even with screenshots of the upcoming games).

In the end, Kin should be Kool. Show it :)
