Now, you’re expected to be on Slack 24/7, use your social network to promote the company, recruit friends to the team, go to events in the evening, and use your personal equipment.

Many modern and progressive companies realise flogging your staff 80+ hrs a week is pointless and leads to poor results. It’s little wonder so many startups fail when staff aren’t able to function optimally.
