I like the taste of the cookies, I thought it was genius to put the cereal in the cookie, because it really made the flavor come out when you are it, instead of being just a normal cookie. Exchanging some of the flour for the powdered cereal was a really smart move. I wish you had tried another idea that was different from the cereal cookie. I’m not sure what your other ideas were, but having some variety in your experimentation would have been great to see the creative process that you went through. What if you had changed the shape of the cookie to reflect the glazed doughnut shape? A cookie that is in the shape of a doughnut, with the frosting on top would have added to the visual presentation and made it more representative of what the cookie tasted like!
