I agree with your critics on the formalities of an article but I disagree with you when it comes to the point where “ founders are completely anonymous”. This exactly shows that we have to improve a lot in terms of disclosure.
Your approach would shift the sole responsibility of an investment to the investor, right? This, exactly, is the point what regulatory authorities like SEC rightfully seek to heal, I guess. How can I hold an “anonymous founder” responsible for anything? What kind of ethics is that?
Anonymous founders should not be allowed to do an ICO and, yes, along with a new market and a new asset class we need a new ethics.
