lol man you obviously don’t understand human’s. you only understand numbers. so if it’s 80% non-white and only 20% white then it’s diverse right?
looking at these numbers before hiring is being non-diverse. select based on skill, not based on “we need more percantage of non-white”.

the problem at google is, even if they are 100% white, they all hold extreme sensitivity to X just because X is a woman. that’s reverse discrimination. unduly favoring women. they don’t have to be a woman to unduly favor women. in fact women don’t even favor other women. its the men being unfavorable towards other men and themselves by placing women on a pedastal above themselves. they are supporting women with mentality of “me me me”. so a man should hate himself and promote the fake idea of how great selfish women are.

i think by nature, even if you got to mixers, the women are with the women and the men with men. this forcing of diversity is causing a lot of harm.
