The problem I have with this article has nothing to do with politics. It has to do with the prostitution of Christianity to the political world. I am always amazed at the spiritual fornication of the church, especially when I read the clear instructions of Jesus to his followers: You are no part of the world, just as I am no part of the world. You should pray this way; …thy kingdom come, thy Will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Preach the good news of the Kingdom. Seek the Kingdom first and all these other things will be added unto you. He who lives by the sword will die by the sword.
Have you not read these instructions? Perhaps this is why the fervent prayers, singing, dancing and praising has been all for naught? Why doesn’t God answer and respond to your praising of him? Could it be due to the spiritual filth the church chooses to lie in, alongside the “kings of the earth”?
The church needs to take stock of their mission and make the necessary adjustments while there is still time. God is in control. Trump would not be in the White House if God did not want Trump in the White House. The question is this: What are you doing in the White House?
