That’s why they’re fighting to have your solution listed on their marketplace. At WeTransact, we’re all in with Microsoft. And, we’ve got very good reasons.
What’s important to remember is that Microsoft has some tough competition out there. To stay ahead of the game and bring in more companies, they came up with a little something called the “Transact & Grow incentive”. It’s a cash bonus .
The goal of this incentive is to reward software companies for getting listed on Microsoft’s Marketplace.
It’s a win-win situation: Microsoft gets more solutions on their platform, and software companies get a little financial boost.
Why do Microsoft need to give a cash incentive?
Don’t get us wrong: the value proposition for getting listed on the Marketplace is already huge.
But it takes a long time and a lot of effort to get your solution published. And there’s no guarantee you’ll see a return on your investment.
That’s where Microsoft’s cash incentive comes in. They want to give you a little extra motivation to take that risk and get your solution listed.
How does the incentive work?
There are two “rewarding” tiers:
- Tiers 1 rewards you for getting your solution(s) listed on the Marketplace.
- Tiers 2 rewards you for how much you sell on the Marketplace.
At WeTransact, we cover for you Tier 1 and get your solution listed in no time.
No more waiting for months! We’ll make the publishing process a breeze.
For Tier 2, we’ll do our best to come up with a go-to-market strategy that will help you sell. But sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we can’t guarantee you’ll make enough sales for Tiers 2 eligibility. Just keep that in mind.

How much will I get paid if I list my products with WeTransact?
There are a few factors that come into play, like:
- How old your company is
- Your level of partnership with Microsoft
- The number of products you’re listing
- Your projected sales before June 30, 2023
That’s why — we recommend you take this survey we made for you.
It’ll give you a better idea of how much cash you could be looking at.
Just to clarify, the estimates we give you after the survey will be in addition to covering WeTransact’s license cost. That means you’ll be putting money directly in your pocket.
In other words, you’ll be making a profit by working with us. We’re talking about a range from €4,000 to €50,000.

When do you get paid?
Microsoft makes payment quarterly.
If you publish with WeTransact before the 30th of March — You’ll receive an invitation in April to accept the incentive. You’ll then get paid by June 2023 the latest.
If you publish in-between April & June 30th. You’ll receive an invitation in July to accept the incentive. You’ll then get paid by September 2023 the latest.
