Obama’s address To Democratic Convention is a disaster for Hillary

Everything was going so well.

“Hillary is experienced, wise, and above all a great human being!”

Why not end there!

Things progressively turn for the worst as Obama begins to compare Hillary with Donald Trump piece by piece. Total disaster!

“Why make America Great again, when America is already great?!” Obama says. This is a terrible point to bring up. Please realize that America may be the super power of the world, but there are plenty of American’s who might now feel the same way about their own lives. Those are the people who will vote. When you tell them America is already great, you are telling them NOT to vote Hillary. You are telling them to vote for Trump.

“Donald Trump calls our military a disaster! He is wrong because our military is the strongest in the world.” Thanks for reminding us Obama. Again, this does not help Hillary in the least. Swing votes do not go to the ballot based on some neutral position, some everything is O.K. feeling. Saying our military strong doesn’t make us feel any more emotional connection to it at all.

I cringed and had to stop watching. I thought Obama was a great orator. Tonight he proved otherwise because great orators have more than a booming voice and confidence. Great orators know when to end their speech. Try to keep it short and sweet and maybe Hillary has a bigger chance at winning.
