As an IT professional, I have to say that in my opinion, the Android app is a steaming pile of… redesign. I don’t know what the IOS version is like, but at the very least the Android app should be killed with fire. Oh… never mind, it crashed and died again on its own.
Truly, aside from the Cable TV industry, I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a company more tone deaf to its customers. (Just look at how the most positive feedback is sorted to the top here to hide the depths of customer dissatisfaction.) Even the write-up of the design process reveals the astounding lack of depth in research and organizer feedback, while the product itself is pre-alpha level reliability and usability at best. It should never have been rolled out at this embryonic stage of development and testing.
