I don’t believe in things like that. For me, each person is unique and needs to discover the best ways to fit their own necessities. The famous tennis player, Roger Federer, needs to sleep 10 hours per night to feel better and training focused.

To conclude, we need to stop thinking we are super heroes. We’re just human beings! We don’t need to be winners everyday.
