Terms and Conditions of the (“Daily Tasks”) Promotion
To celebrate our partnership with ESL, we’re introducing three unique types of Promotions featuring fantastic Rewards. In this Promotion, you get to predict various IEM Cologne outcomes, earn points, and grab rewards. Join now, collect points, and get the possibility to receive Prizes!
How to participate:
1. Claim 500 free points, which can be used for making predictions about the IEM Rio 2024 events every day. Make a prediction about the IEM Rio outcome. Each prediction has its own points multiplier. The more difficult the prediction, the bigger the multiplier.
When you give a correct prediction, the points you’ve used for it are multiplied according to the multiplier set for this prediction. When you give an incorrect prediction, you lose the points used for it. If there are predictions that have comparisons of two items and there’s a tie, both of them are considered to be correct.
2. Complete Daily and General Tasks to get more points. Simply select a task in the Daily Tasks or General Tasks category (you can choose as many tasks as you want from any of the categories) and click “Join now/Participate/Join/Complete” next to the task you want to complete.
3. After the system checks that the task is completed, you will see its status change to “Completed”. Only the points won for the predictions will be counted in the Daily and Global Leaderboards (the unused points left on your balance won’t be counted).
You can use four boosters on any predictions, but only once during the activity. They give you various bonuses. General Tasks can only be completed once during the Promotion period. Daily Tasks are repetitive and can be completed every day (00:00–23:59 UTC). Each task gets you a specified amount of points. At the end of each gaming day, 20 highest-scoring participants receive rewards. The points for all gaming days are added up on the Global Leaderboard. Its 10 highest-ranking participants will receive guaranteed prizes. They will be selected using random.org. The total Prize Pool for this Promotion is $2700.

Terms and Conditions of the (“Daily Predictions”) Promotion
The Promotion Organizer is white.market (https://white.market/).
The term of Promotion will commence on October 6th, 2024, at 00:00 (UTC) and conclude on October 13th, 2024 at 23:59 (UTC). The Promotion will be stopped on October 10th, 2024, due to a pause in the IEM Rio activities. During this pause, participants can make predictions for October 11th, 2024.
The Promotion consists of six Stages (Daily Predictions) with Prizes for 20 winners and one Final Stage with Prizes for 10 Winners who received the biggest amount of points in all six Stages together. Each stage of the Promotion equals one day (24 hours).
The Promotion is open to Participants from all territories worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Ambazonia, Belarus, Guam, Iran, Kosovo, Libya, Nagorno-Karabakh, North Korea, Northern Cyprus, Canada, Northern Mariana Islands, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Transnistria, US Virgin Islands, USA, Western Sahara, Yemen, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.
The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by white.market.
For any inquiries or communication with the Organizer, Participants may contact the Organizer directly via support@white.market.
The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of non-prohibited countries who have at least the 1st Level Steam account (those who have a 0 Level Steam account won’t be able to participate) and met the following conditions:
1. Created or already had an account on white.market (https://white.market).
2. Claimed free points* and/or completed Daily/General tasks to get points for Predictions.
3. Earned as many points as possible for making correct predictions** about the IEM Rio 2024 events during the Promotion on the Activity page (https://white.market/esl).
*Every day each Participant can claim 500 free points by clicking the Claim free points button on the Promotion page (https://white.market/esl/daily-tasks), which can be used for making predictions about the IEM Rio 2024 events. Each prediction has its own points multiplier. The more difficult the prediction, the bigger the multiplier. When a Participant gives a correct prediction, the points are multiplied according to the multiplier set for this prediction. When a Participant gives an incorrect prediction, they lose the points they’ve used for it. **To get an opportunity to win a Prize, a Participant needs to make at least one prediction on any Stage of the Promotion. However, to get to the top of the Leaderboards, the Participant must earn more points than other Participants.
To get more points for predictions, Participants can complete Daily and General Tasks on the Promotion page (https://white.market/esl/daily-tasks). To do so, they need to select a task in the Daily Tasks or General Tasks category (they can choose as many tasks as they want from any of the categories) and click “Join now / Participate / Join / Complete” next to the task they want to complete. General Tasks can only be completed once during the Promotion period. Daily Tasks are repetitive and can be completed during the Promotion period (00:00–23:59 UTC). Each task gets Participants a specified amount of points.
Participants can use four boosters during the Promotion. The boosters allow Participants to receive bonuses. The bonuses help to save points or change a question in a task. Participants can use each of the boosters only once during the activity.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.
IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to use multiple accounts while participating in the Promotion. Entrants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Member may have only one account. Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of creating multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Participants’ data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure participation and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations. white.market is not responsible for the collection of user data carried out by the data provider.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
During the Promotion period (excluding the 10th of October 2024), 20 Winners will be determined based on their ranking on the Daily Leaderboard on the https://white.market/esl website. Their place on the Daily Leaderboard depends on the number of points managed to collect during the Promotion day. The more points the Participant has, the higher their place on the Leaderboard. If two Participants have the same amount of points, the Participant who made the prediction first receives the Prize. Only the points used for predictions and the points earned for them will be counted in the Daily and Global Leaderboards. The points left on a Participant’s Points balance after making a prediction are not taken into account.
The points for all days of the Promotion period are added up on the Global Leaderboard. At the end of the Promotion period, 10 Winners will also be determined based on their ranking on the Global Leaderboard on the https://white.market/ website. 10 highest-scoring Winners will receive Special Prizes from the Special Prize Pool.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions have the opportunity to become the Winners and win Daily Prizes from the Prize Pool of $2700 according to the following assignment:

If it proves impracticable to contact such Winners or if the Winners fail to comply with these Terms, such Winners shall forfeit their entitlement to the Winner status, which shall be transferred to the next Winner on the list.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes from the Daily Prize Pool to the Winners’ balances on white.market within three business days after the Participants’ results are announced by the Organizer on the Daily Leaderboard on https://white.market/esl from the 7th of October 2024 till the 13th of October 2024. The Leaderboard with Results will be updated in real time.
The Prizes of the Winners from the Global Prize Pool will be sent to their e-mail addresses specified in the white.market account within 30 business days after the determination of the Winners in the Global Leaderboard but not later than 22.11.2024.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable and non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
If a Winner doesn’t use the Prize from the Daily Prize pool on the white.market website (https://white.market/) within 30 days of receiving it, the Prize will be canceled. In this case, the Organizer has the right to withdraw the Prize amount from the Participant’s account.
In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, it is required for the Winners to contact the Organizer via support@white.market no later than the 29th of November, 2024, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive will be carried out as per the prevailing legislation.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at https://white.market/privacy-policy.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the amendments and modifications will be provided on the white.market website and the Organizer’s official social media accounts.
The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances which may result in where the postal items were not received, received late, became lost or damaged.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition will be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.

Terms and Conditions of the (“Guess the Price”) Promotion
To celebrate our partnership with ESL, we are holding three types of Promotions with generous Rewards. In this Promotion, Participants need to guess the prices of skins on white.market as accurately as possible. Join now, collect points, and receive Prizes!
How to participate:
1. Click “Start now”.
2. Look at the loadout of items on the screen and try to guess their lowest prices on white.market as accurately as possible within one minute.
3. Click “Confirm”.
After clicking the Confirm button, you will immediately see the results. The points you receive per Attempt (from 0 to 100) depend on the accuracy of your price estimate compared to the actual price. Points are calculated on a relative basis (e.g., a 10% price deviation results in 90 points). You will receive a one-time discount on any item on the market for the first loadout of the day you have guessed with an accuracy higher than 95%. This discount can be used within 24 hours. The size of the discount depends on your accuracy (96% = 1%, 97% = 2%, 98% = 3%, 99% = 4%, 100% = 5%). The maximum deviation from the actual answer is 200%; beyond this, you get 0 points. One Attempt = one loadout. When guessing the price, pay attention to quality grade, StatTrack, and souvenir (they all affect the price). You need to guess the lowest price for a skin on white.market. The system gives you 6 attempts to participate every day at 00:00 UTC. Once an attempt is used, it will be renewed in 4 hours. The attempt count can’t be higher than 6 per day. If you have used all the attempts to join the Promotion, wait until the time indicated on the screen is up to receive another attempt. The more points you collect, the higher on the Leaderboard you are. The system will round up the percentage to even numbers. However, the points include the hundredth (0.01% = 0.01. point). At the end of each gaming day, 20 random participants who scored more than 250 points receive rewards. They will be selected using random.org. Global Leaderboard’s 10 highest-ranking participants will receive guaranteed prizes. The total Prize Pool for this Promotion is $3000.

One try equals one loadout. Once an attempt is used, it will be renewed in 4 hours. The attempt count can’t be higher than 6. When guessing the price, Participants need to pay attention to quality grade, StatTrack, and souvenir (they all affect the price). They need to guess the lowest price for a skin on white.market.
The results are visible immediately after clicking the Confirm button or after the 60-second timer exceeds. The points a Participant receives per Attempt (from 0 to 100) depend on the accuracy of their price estimate compared to the actual price. If a Participant has guessed with an accuracy higher than 95%, they will receive not only points but also a 1–5% discount (available for 24 hours) for any white.market skin. The size of the discount depends on the accuracy (96% = 1%, 97% = 2%, 98% = 3%, 99% = 4%, 100% = 5%).
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.

The Winners who are eligible for the Prize will be selected via a reliable randomization method, such as the https://www.random.org/ service. The random selection will be conducted among the Participants who have fulfilled the necessary requirements. The Winners will be determined based on their ranking in the list generated by the random.org service.
The points for all days of the Promotion are added up on the Global Leaderboard. At the end of the Promotion period, 10 Winners will also be determined based on their ranking on the Global Leaderboard on the https://white.market/ website. 10 highest-scoring Winners will receive Special Prizes from the Special Prize Pool.
