Official rules and details of the Trading Competition Activity (February-March)

The Activity organizer is White.market (https://white.market/).

The Activity period: from 21.02.2024 (00:00 UTC) till 31.03.2024 (23:59 UTC).

The Activity is held on the territory of all countries except for Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Spain, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The Activity is held to promote the white.market services.

The Activity is not a gamble, lottery, service in the field of gambling business, or contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Activity is provided based on advertising rights.

Adult citizens of countries not prohibited by the terms of the Activity and other people who legally reside on the territory of the non-prohibited countries and fulfilled the following conditions can be considered participants. The conditions are:

- the Participants must sign up on the https://white.market/ua website or have an account already created;

- the Participants must make at least one purchase or sale of any product on the https://white.market/ website during the Activity.

Any personal data of the Activity Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Activity, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second relation degree) cannot participate in the Activity. Suppose it is established that the person who participated in the Activity cannot be a Participant of the Activity according to these Rules. In that case, such a person will not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Activity who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Activity have the opportunity to become Winners and receive one of the Prizes from the Prize Fund ($1000), according to the following assignment: 1st place — $350, 2nd place — $200, 3rd place — $100, 4th-10th place — $50.

The maximum possible number of Activity Winners is 10.

Before determining the Winners, a list of all Participants who have fulfilled the conditions will be formed. Winners are determined by the rating system on the https://white.market/ website. The more points a Participant received, the higher their place in the rating. Prizes will be distributed among the first 10 participants who have fulfilled all the conditions and scored the highest number of points. Points are accumulated for performing certain actions on the website during the Activity period: each Participant receives 0.1 points for each $0.1 from every purchase or sale. If two users get the same points, the one who got them first will get the higher place.

The list of Winners will be published on the official white.market website (https://white.market/ua) and on social networks before 07.04.2024 23:59 UTC (within 7 calendar days from the end of the Activity). The Winners will be contacted by the Organizer per the e-mail they used to create their white.market account on the next business day.

One Winner can only win one Prize.

Prizes of the Winners will be automatically credited to their https://white.market/ua balances before 14.04.2024 23:59 UTC (within 14 calendar days from the day of the announcement of the Winners) on the https://white.market/ua website. The Prizes received for Winning in the Activity can be spent only on white.market.

The Winner receives the prize for free. Replacement of the Prize with its monetary equivalent is not possible. The Winner of the Activity has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received as part of this Activity and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

In case of not receiving the Prize (if the Winner was entitled to it), the Winner must fill out the support form on the https://white.market/ua website or write to support@white.market no later than 21.04.2024 (inclusive). If the Winner doesn’t do it by 21.04.2024, the Winner loses the right to receive the Prize.

Winners are determined at the end of the Activity and cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Activity has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of the Winner’s stay.

By participating in the Activity, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged in the Activity for conducting the Activity, carrying out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Activity in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including that of an advertising nature, about the Organizer’s next events/contests/promotions/raffles.

By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizers, and confirm their full understanding of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy:

At the same time, by participating in the Activity, the Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Activity. The Winners confirm their agreement to give promotional interviews about participation in the Activity in the media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. The Organizer shall have exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Activity. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://white.market/ua website and on the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Activity regarding the Prize. In the event of situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Activity Organizer in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. At the same time, the Activity Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, including e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Activity Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances, as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Activity Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
