Another brilliant article with simple instructions on how to make money here. I am still trying to make money here but this is a long game. Sometimes I want to go sit on the bench. I desire to yell at the coach take me out, but I don’t and keep at it. Thanks for writing this article.
I agree Luke that you should write what you know. It does make for more compelling reading when your passion for a subject comes through. However, I am also an advocate for stepping outside your comfort zone and trying something new. It’s not a bad idea to expand your horizons on occasion. I am not saying to be a niche writer but you may find writing gold somewhere least expected. Just my two cents.

I feel that way sometimes. However, once I think about it logically, I come to the conclusion we are creating a product for consumption. Other people who create products expect to make some money at it. But sometimes we feel guilty as writers for expecting money because we should do it for love and not income.
