It is not a surprised that many of Kai’s fans are also Beyoncé fans. So, when K-pop artist Kai posted a dance practice of him dancing to Beyoncé’s “Already” on his instagram account, zkdlin, fans were so thrilled to see him appreciate the artistry that is Beyoncé.

Beyoncé needs no introduction. She is the queen as we know and our generation’s legend. She has such an immense impact in the music industry for three, going onto four, consecutive decades.

Beyoncé is an amazing performer, not just a singer, but a true performer. We all fall in love with her voice as well as her stage presence. Her visual album Lemonade is still one of the best albums of all time for it’s complexity and texture from its individual music videos to the lyrics as she sings them beautifully.

From The Lion King: The Gift, “Already”, including other songs like “Brown Skin Girl”, was stuck on replay for many people as it trended on its release date.

Gift includes 14 original songs and 13 interlude tracks of King dialogue, implementing Afrobeats and other African musical inspirations with sprinkles of pop, R&B and hip-hop. With Gift, Beyoncé unwrapped her seventh No. 1 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. As expected from the queen.

When Kai posted his dance practice to “Already”, fans, internationally, were ecstatic. Kai hinting that he likes Beyoncé and exploring Afrobeats caused fans to talk about this for months after he posted it.

Kai stands out from his dancing. As people watch, they cannot help but to go into, a term his fanbase like to use, “kai-tunnel vision”. Kai’s style of dancing and dancing capabilities is one of the best in the k-industry. He incorporates very sharp, flexible, and fluid-like movements.

One of Kai’s fans was able to shed light onto the African dances Kai, often referred as Jongin, reinterpreted in his dance practice. Particular dance moves that were implemented originates in a place within African countries like South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, and so on.

Now, as Kai recently released his solo debut album, a couple of Beyoncé’s fansites stumbled upon Kai’s video and posted it on their accounts.

BeyLegion is Beyoncé’s biggest fansite. Another account is Yonce Vocals. There was endless about of praise Kai received from non-fans, which is something all of his fans like to see. Kai getting genuine exposure, being recognized for his talent. Fans were so thrilled seeing his dance practice on the accounts of Beyoncé’s dedicated Beyhive.

Many of Kai’s fans, exo-ls and erigoms, were extremely happy seeing these posts. As mentioned, many of Kai’s fans love Beyoncé, which is expected if they have taste.

Many of his fans love seeing Kai x Beyoncé related content, just for the mere fact they love them both as they both are definitions of performers. Many of Beyhive/exo-ls love “Hello Stranger” in Kai’s album , and when they saw who the composer was, it all began to click.

Many of his fans, being the beyhives they are themselves, couldn’t help but to see how Kai sprinkled a bit of a Beyoncé touch to his album.

This seems quite familiar, doesn’t it? Although this video was edited with Beyoncé voice from “Hold Up”. Lemonade is such an iconic album, and as mentioned before, one of the best for what it represented. It was truly a masterpiece. Beyhives/exo-ls were going in with this one.

Kai fans also make edits with Beyonce and Kai, using their songs audio in the background, such as this video of Beyoncé with Kai’s title track “Mmmh”.

Kai is an extraordinarily good performer, and Beyoncé is our generation’s legend. These artists are so great at what they do. Kai fans hope that Kai will be noticed by Beyoncé. It is not guaranteed that will happen, but one can hope.
