Great point Malachy. I’m glad that I have taken my time implementing things that will work for the project I’m working on. Something that tech company’s do too often are live in “the now” moment. Which is fine, but what happens when the long term goal of things suddenly becomes relevant, when it wasn’t previously? The whole company can crumble, or everyone is looking for someone that is looking right back at them.….BLANK STARE FOR ALL? Instead of that, company policies, along with HR policies amongst directors and staff are extremely vital, at some point as well as training, and having, mandatory staff meetings about company business. Its best for the moral of the company, plus you are always able to implement cross-training so the playing field is even. Just a thought.
