Hi Pol!

The informal rule is that tickets move from backlog to ‘to-do’ when it can be linked (in JIRA) to a fleshed out engineering ticket. That means that PMs need to go through their process of writing out requirements (functional scope).

Yes, designers also sit in on backlog reflection of tickets. In fact the whole functional team (or pod, whatever you wanna call it) does. In terms of “global technical consistency of apps,” I’m not exactly sure what that means? Could you share an example?
