Thanks for reading Filip! In general we run all tickets from the beginning of the board. Most edge cases are follow-up tickets that skip ‘design scope’ and start with ‘wireframes in progress.’
We’ve also had tickets start in ‘mockups’ if certain designed features didn’t make it into a release due to lack of time/resources. Wireframes should have gone through user testing within another ticket, but a new ticket is created to upload final mockups for development. Hope that answered your question!
