Tikhon on a related but different note, what do you think of rewarding (if there were an easy way to do so) early customers/users who also take risks, including the risk of adopting a product that may not exist at a future point? For example, the first Uber drivers? I know Fred Wilson has discussed how network participants might be compensated in some way.
