5 daily habits, to easily motivate yourself
“Habits make thoughts, thoughts make actions, actions makes things”
Meditate
Meditate daily, it’s not wonder this stuff is all over the Internet these days, everyone is talking about mindfulness. Meditation is the easiest way to get a more calm and clear mind. What is mind but thought.
Simple way to get started is to sit comfortably in a environment where you won’t be disturbed. Only for 5 mins a day to start with. Then simply focus all your attention to your breath and repeat to yourself breathing in while breathing in and breathing out while breathing out.
Exercise
Physical activity is very important to keep this mind sharp and healthy, if science is to be followed humans have evolved over millennia, our brains are used to the great outdoors. Get out get some fresh air if only for 10 mins, take a walk breathe some fresh air. Do this everyday.
Write
Waiting is known to have profound affects, not only does it give you an insight into your own mind and emotions, it helps clarify thoughts and worries about the future, it’s helps cleanse emotions of the past. Write daily and if you are one of those who has nothing to write, just sit with a pen and paper in hand, when your emotions are high the words will flow.
Read
Greatest and the most successful people all read, it’s important to read quality informations. Facebook and other social networks don’t qualify are reading, read some good material, read a book, a blog, a news article, something that will educate you, motivate you, invigorate you. Read everyday for 20 mins minimum.
Gratitude
I can’t stress enough on how important gratitude is, this one simple act of thanking the infinite for all that you have and all that you will have, it can help you calm and relax your thoughts and emotions, make you feel loved and secure. Remember there are always those less fortunate than you, then there are those who make a choice.
Do you think doing these on a daily basis? What are your thoughts? Can you do these and make a habit? Would love to hear your views.
