The unbundling of companies such as Facebook, Amazon and Linked seems like a very unlikely event. Remember that blockchain services provide trust at the loss of efficiency and ease of use. That is the tradeoff. This works great for a monetary system or notary system where friction can be tolerated, however, users of more ‘casual’ applications will not tolerate friction.
Do people care enough about privacy to use Dapps with a worse user experience? Probably not. I’m curious if you think that may change in the near future?
