Why Would A Corporation Take Any Notice?
- Because the Collective Contract (CC) comes from its own customer base (Or from the customer base of its customer base!).
- Because the CC contains conditions that are equally beneficial to companies and to end-users.
- Because there are millions of people using the CC in every place the corporation has its operations.
- Because the users of the CC can use strategic smart-boycotts of the corporation’s global supply & distribution chains, to cause critical financial loss to the corporation, if the corporation rejects the CC.
- Because other corporations that have accepted the CC, won’t do business with a corporation that won’t accept it.
- Because other corporations that have accepted the CC won’t re-employ executives who were responsible for a corporation’s policy of rejecting the CC.
- Because the CC is a valid legal agreement.
