Off Topic for Networked Learning?

My comment
This may be going a bit off topic but it relates to MOOCs I have been part of. Last year I was part of OLDS MOOC — http://www.olds.ac.uk/ — and my dream / project basis was around Creative Commons and online video edits. Partly for conferences and documentary , also for concert / music video. I got somewhere with this but another consequence was that my interests were remembered. Penny Bentley asked me to edit out some clips from the Google Hangouts. Not very complicated as the Remix button appears when Creative Commons. See Helen Crump blog for how the paper was presented. http://learningcreep.wordpress.com/2014/02/15/signals-of-success-and-the-emoocs-summit-emoocs2014/ So I concentrated on this for the Learning Design Challenge.-http://www.ioe.ac.uk/95441.html — and I have got a one hour plan. Actually it could be quicker than this unless you divert into a discussion about Creative Commons or the future of online video editing in which case it could take a week. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvtiN8v5-Lk
Meanwhile my status with YouTube went wrong after I uploaded a video of the MamaStones House Band performing I Wanna Be Your Lover ( I did warn this may be off topic ) so I could not make the clips as Creative Commons as the source. But then this changed back to normal for no explained reason.
Today I discover that there will be another paper for MADLaT in May. Not sure if this needs more help with video but I will look into versions anyway. Thing is Winnipeg is not far from Minneapolis. What chance a fringe around open resources for education, Creative Commons, and content marketing for the next excellent Prince CD?
