I am gradually getting my head round this event at Olympia. I have missed it the last few occasions. There are so many different names, I think there will be different colours for the carpet. It includes something about direct mail and also publishing.
The main news is still around IPEX I think. There has to be a solid look at where print is at. I notice Adobe has a stand for their version of a Marketing Cloud, and Oracle is not far away. So maybe this is a technology show aimed at the marketing department. Magazines and direct mail in the background somewhere.
If this is the context for print, then IPEX needs to make a strong case. Conde Nast is there so more later on what sort of thing they present.
