Total AUM: 100,000,000

Thoughts: Viola Fintech is apart of Viola Ventures larger network of the fund. Totaling up to 3 billion dollars in assets, Viola has also had a pretty active history of hiring interns over the past few years. Out of this week's firms, this would be on the top of my list.

#4 Sapphire Venture

Amount Raised: 75,000,000

History Of Interns: None

Total AUM: 2,600,000,000

Thoughts: Another heavy hitter in the venture space. From what I’ve seen there has only been one previous intern. Regardless, it’s worth a shot, especially after raising a new fund.

#5 Leawood Venture Capital

Amount Raised: 50,000,000

History Of Interns: None

Total AUM: 75,000,000

Thoughts: Midwest-based venture firm that recently raised their second fund. From the looks of it, fund 1 has some great investments like Upstart, BloomEnergy, EverQuote, and more. Granted you’re in the Midwest, this could be a good opportunity to see West Coast deals.

#6 Arboretum Ventures

History Of Interns: No

Total AUM: 360,000,000

Thoughts: Arboretum is a medical / healthcare technology-based venture firm. Solid exit history with multiple public offerings, which is no surprise that they’ve been able to continue to raise. If you’re located in the Ann Arbor area, this would be something to jump on.

#8 Hinge Capital

Amount Raised: 80,000,000

History Of Interns: None

Total AUM: 140,000,000

Thoughts: Hinge is a re-brand of Venture51, which is a San Diego based venture firm. Very exciting portfolio companies like Dollar Shave Club, Bird, Ripple, Medium, and more. Anyone So-Cal kids interested in surfing, venture, and a different investment model shoot them an email.

Website

#9 Rosecliff Ventures

Amount Raised: 250,000,000

History Of Interns: Yes

Total AUM: 343,000,000

Thoughts: Private Equity / Venture Capital based investment firm, but it seems like they’ve been doing more early-stage deals. Some of my favorites are companies like Petal & Ollie. With their previous history for hiring interns, put this at the top of your list, especially if you’re in NY.

Website

#10 Victress Capital

Amount Raised: 20,000,000

History Of Interns: No

Total AUM: 20,000,000
