It begins.
So my excuse for not blogging regularly is two fold.
1) I’m not vain enough to talk when no-one is listening. However, same can be said with Twitter when you start.
2) Most of my daily muses and ramblings are concentrated towards my ~1000 twitter followers. They are listening, one hopes?
However, I would describe myself as an early adopter- perhaps not in the blogging sense (~15yrs to late) but in terms of new platforms, and technologies that encourage us to share more freely. Medium seems that platform…
So here we are!
2014 has just begun, and we’re only 10 weeks until Q2. Yikes! Time is flying by! At the start of the year, I told myself that this year will be an important year for me after surviving a brief, but thankfully mild quarter life crisis, I decided that now is the time for action. So, cue the expensive gym membership, a vague interest in varieties in grapes, leaving the office before 7pm and … blogging.
So over the coming months, I’ll be sharing with you some insights into my work, and lessons learnt as 2014 unfolds. Don’t expect Dickins, but as long as Eastleigh’s Got Talent captures the hearts and minds of gen pop; I think they’ll still be space for me.
Expect to hear from me soon, with anything to do with youth entrepreneurship, technology, current affairs and various other exciting ways in which I spend my days.
