It’s because of stories like this that I think there is a bright future for VR. Shared experiences are great and I’m sure even better in VR. The closest I’ve come to that feeling of sharing a wonderful online moment in-game was playing GTA Online at Christmas with my friend. We climbed to the top of a mountain and took selfies. And then at midnight, it started snowing! That experience, translated to VR, would be magical.
