The Worst Fighter Aircraft of All Time
War Is Boring

I’m with Brodrick on the Boston Paul Defiant.Instead of using good Merlin engines for Spitfires or Hurricanes they were wasted on expensive two seat fighters that lacked maneuverability with a armament half of what other British fighters carried. The Defiant’s only way to win a dogfight would be if the enemy mistook it for a Spitfire and came up behind it for a slow leisurely shot. This actually happened a few times, but after that this expensive one trick fighter was blown out of the skies.
