Humans are unique creatures, and we often only fully appreciate what we have once it’s gone.

We take things for granted and only understand their value once we lose them.

We start to value things only when we experience the pain of losing someone or something, and then we realize their worth.

When we love someone, we want to support them, take care of them, and do anything for them that they need from us.

However, that person may only appreciate our efforts once they suffer a loss themselves in the past.

They may have taken some things that they lost or us for granted because they were used to having us around.

But when they lose us, they are forced to confront how much we mean to them.
