reminds me of the place where I once worked. the middle management boss’es would mess up and then I would get a reprimand for commenting about it. They would say “you have lowered team morale and effectiveness with your unnecessary comments”. wouldn’t make comments if you didn’t screw up to begin with, just the same as Melissa Hortman wouldn’t have to call the lazy arrogant asses out of the break room if they would just stay and do their jobs as intended
