Day 3 with the full stack. Already notice an increase in focus for the first couple of hours after I take it. Im wondering if you guys have noticed an increase in fuel requirements for the brain as activity increases. If so, what would you recommend?
I am curious to see how this will play out for me personally as I was born with an arachnoid brain cyst that takes up a big chunk of my left temporal lobe. Basically a brain blister that formed before my brain did in the womb. So all the function that it normally would have had was taken over by the rest of my brain, because I was born this way. :)
