Design Audit: Design needing more

In the case of bathrooms having appliances with sensors to create a touchless environment, this particular bathroom fails. The urinal, sink and hand drying station are all touchless. The soap dispenser and the door are not. If you are going to implement touchless units in a bathroom and ignore the cheapest ones I would say the entire design of the touchless bathroom has failed. Touchless soap dispenser are not costly nor is some sort of aparatus on the door so one could open it with a foot or a door that did not have a slide bolt and you could just simply push it open with a foot. This designed of a touchless bathroom is simply half assed and more so because the failures have fallen on the cheapest aspects.
