It would have been unethical yet fascinating to read his real diary. But since it’s a piece of fictional satire … I don’t know, A) it’s far too long and I feel like two or three entries would have sufficed (it kind of feels like stretching a joke). And B) with it being fictional, I think it’s unnecessary to bring a ten-year old kid into this.
But satire is allowed to go a step too far. So carry on!
