A Time Of war [WWII]

We fight for our allies, the Brittish, it's true.
Regardless of past disagreements... Or two.

We were brought here because of an attack on our soil.
Pearl harbor involved us in something quite the turmoil.

Friends die, comrades die, yet we do what we're told.
Even if the enemy is 14 years old.

Some day the killing will end.
But the images in my head wont ever be mend.

If I had a dollar for every body I've seen,
I'd give it all to make it just a dream.
