If you are purely talking about gestation and birth then yes of course, this isn’t something a man can do currently. If you mean anything else I’d like to hear about it — specifics please.
But you only need to look at typical differences in male and female reactions to the babies of other people to get a feel for the idea that there might be something in this.
I’m very wary of generalisations like this, particularly when you provide no evidence other than what you believe you have observed. I asked for evidence previously and yet all I hear is common sense, personal observation and hand waving. Personally, I see the complete range of responses from both genders.
