Awake in the night
Early hours of the Morning
So Silent and Still

Feels as the world sleeps
No one is here with me now
Angels watch over

Angels Gather round me
Pray for Peaceful times

The kettle boils up
Water for my hot tea cup
Soothing tea I sup

Thoughts turning over
For faraway lands overseas
Ukrainian pleas

Forging for World Peace
Wonders never cease to find World Peace in darkness

Light candles to see
Angels sing over sleeping
Children's cries and tears

Mothers comfort them
Families come together
